Admission to events & Booth Space Allocation
3.1. Eligible participants include national and international manufacturers, distributors, service providers, institutions, associations, organizations, and authorized resellers of manufacturers' products. Companies whose products are relevant and appropriate for CannaCruiseXL may also participate. Group stands are allowed, but all participating companies must be submitted in writing to the organizer before the official deadline for printed materials. 3.2. All products and services must align with the scope of CannaCruiseXL. Additional companies may be admitted if their products significantly complement the event. The organizer reserves the right to request the removal of any items deemed disruptive, dangerous, or unsuitable. If not complied with, the organizer will remove the items at the exhibitor's expense. The exhibitor guarantees they have full authority over the registered products and possess necessary regulatory approvals or permits. 3.3. The organizer, in collaboration with relevant authorities, will decide on the admission of exhibitors and registered exhibits. If necessary, the organizer may exclude individual exhibitors or suppliers for valid reasons, particularly if space is limited or if limiting the event to specific exhibitor groups is required for the event's purpose. The organizer may also limit listed exhibits, modify registered stands, and only grant admission to listed exhibits and confirmed exhibitors within the allocated space. Exhibitors who do not meet financial obligations or have violated terms, conditions, or legal regulations may be excluded from participation. 3.4.     The participation invoice is admission and space confirmation at the same time. The organizer is entitled to revoke the admission, if it was granted on the basis of false assumptions or information or admission requirements do not apply later. 3.5. Booth specification documents should be filled out and sent back to [email protected] as early as possible to ensure booth, banner, branding and all relevant print materials can be completed in time. If booth specification documentation and digital assets are not sent in a timely manner (as indicated upon invoice receipt), CannaCruiseXL can not be held responsible for fewer than the agreed upon print materials being present at events. Similarly, if digital assets sent to CannaCruiseXL do not meet the size and resolution materials, printing partners may not be able to create the banners and branding on time. If these conditions are not met, CannaCruiseXL will not be responsible for missing material. 3.5.     The space allocation is made by the organizer in accordance with the subject and structure of the particular fair/exhibition and the amount of space available. Special requirements regarding the space mentioned in the registration form will be accommodated wherever possible. The organizer reserves the right to change the size, shape and position of the allocated space, if this is reasonable for the exhibitor taking into account the interests of the organizer. The organizer will immediately inform the exhibitor about the necessity of the measures and will possibly allocate an equivalent stand. In case of changes in the participation fee, a recalculation or reimbursement will be evaluated. 3.6. Claims for compensation are mutually excluded. The exhibitor must accept that at the beginning of the fair/ exhibition the location of other places has changed since the time of admission. Claims cannot be derived therefrom. An exchange of allocated space with another exhibitor, as well as a partial or complete relinquishment of space to a third party is not permitted without the consent of the organizer. If the allocated space is not available due to unforeseen circumstances (non-culpably by the Organizer’s control), the exhibitor is entitled to a refund of the participation fee. A legal claim for compensation does not exist.

ELECTRONIC MEDIA
The organizer will showcase exhibitors both online on the CannaCruiseXL website, on Social Media Channels, and/or offline, potentially in the form of a database to promote both the exhibitors and the organizer. Compensation for any incorrect, incomplete, or omitted entries is excluded. The customer is responsible for the content of their entries.

HOUSE RULES
Exhibitors must adhere to the organizer's rules and regulations throughout the event on the CannaCruiseXL grounds. Compliance with instructions from the organizer or their representatives, identifiable by an official ID card or name badge, is mandatory. Failure to comply with these participation conditions or instructions may result in the organizer closing the exhibitor's stand at their expense if the infringement is not resolved upon request. The directives of competent authorities (e.g., fire safety guard, building services, paramedics, police, etc.) must be followed. The organizer reserves the right to take photographs, drawings, and films of the exhibition, stands, and exhibited items for promotional and press release purposes.

The laws of the Netherlands apply and are binding. For any questions or booking requests, please contact [email protected] or reach out via Instagram DM’s
